Anna Smith is a born leader, the best teammate, and one of the hardest working athletes I have ever seen. She is consistently the loudest one in the gym, hyping her teammates up and pushing them to be the best they can be. Not only does she encourage her teammates verbally, but even more powerfully, she leads by example. She never takes a play or a drill off and she thrives on being pushed.
